We should remember to pray for the remaining 150 million tribal people around the world that have not had any contact with the outside world, and therefore, with the Gospel.
Secular anthropologists believe these tribes should NOT be contacted and work to enact laws to prevent missionary work among them.
We know, however, from the Bible that God’s Kingdom will include people from every tribe and language. Some day these very men may be holding palm branches in joy before the throne of God instead of shaking spears in fear!
“After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: ‘Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.'” ~ Revelation 7: 9 – 10 (NIV)
